Flying-foxes play a crucial role in the survival of our native forests. They are a keystone species, pollinating flowers and ensuring the overall health of our ecosystem.

If you find an injured or distressed flying-fox please call us on 1300 352 923 or call your local wildlife rescue organisation straight away. Never touch a flying-fox, handling of flying-foxes should only be attempted by licensed wildlife carers who are trained, vaccinated for Australian Bat lyssavirus.
