How does Tyabb Koala Hospital support wildlife and their habitat?
The Emerald Monbulk Wildlife Shelter is run by Carol and supported by over 60 volunteers. The shelter provides vital care and rehabilitation for a wide range of Australian native animals, including kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, galahs, lorikeets, and more. With a deep commitment to wildlife conservation, Carol and the team works tirelessly to give injured and orphaned wildlife a second chance at life.

What advice would you give the public?
Koala populations on the Mornington Peninsula are struggling. Please don't cut down trees as this is their biggest threat, and get involved in planting more with Mornington Peninsula Koala Conservation www.mpkoals.org.au

There are many ways to help our wildlife and we get lots of calls a week with concerned Members of Public wanting to help. You can do this by reporting injured and orphaned wildlife or donating funds so that we can provide ongoing support to wildlife shelters.
